Drilling rig features:
- This drilling rig is designed for well‑drilling operations in mountainous, agricultural, river‑networked, and jungle‑covered terrains characterized by stable, non‑collapsible strata, making it ideal for seismic exploration, mine site surveys, and geological structure investigations. It is a lightweight, practical, and highly efficient piece of field‑ready drilling equipment.
- By selecting different circulating fluid systems, the drilling rig can perform either mud‑based or air‑driven (percussive) drilling operations, with a maximum drilling depth of 20 meters.
- The drilling rig consists of an internal-combustion‑powered top drive, a handheld swivel assembly, drill pipes, and a wellhead support structure. The internal-combustion‑powered top drive with handheld swivel is assembled from a vertical‑shaft internal‑combustion engine, a gearbox, a swivel, and a handheld rotary disc; it features a simple design and is easy to relocate. The handheld assembly is lightweight, with the handheld components weighing less than 41 kg.
- The internal‑combustion engine drives the central spindle of the rotary table via a reduction gear, directly rotating it and transmitting torque through the drill string to the drill bit, thereby achieving rock‑breaking and drilling. The rotary table is equipped with a radial fluid inlet; high‑pressure mud (or compressed air) enters the rotary table through this port and is conveyed downhole via the drill string to flush the bottom of the wellbore and carry cuttings back to the surface. A seal design that completely isolates the circulation‑medium passage from the drill‑tool rotation and support system enhances the reliability of the bearing assembly.
- The remote damper control handle mounted on the handheld disc is easy and reliable to operate; the gearbox is equipped with a centrifugal clutch that, when the damper is adjusted to reduce engine speed to idle, shuts off power transmission, thereby minimizing the number of engine start‑stop cycles.
- An emergency stop knob is provided to ensure a rapid shutdown response in emergencies, thereby reducing operational safety risks.
- The disc welding fixture is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, making it lightweight yet robust.
- Drilling rig design incorporates QHSE management principles, and systematic safety optimization enhances equipment safety, significantly reducing the likelihood of safety incidents.
Drilling rig configuration:
- The drilling rig is powered by a domestically produced Longxin LC1P75FA vertical‑axis four‑stroke gasoline engine.
- Equipped with an aluminum alloy gearbox independently developed by the supporting company, this gear unit features a two-stage reduction.
- The supporting company independently develops faucet assemblies.
