Product Overview
This lightweight drilling rig is suitable for drilling operations such as seismic exploration, mine surveying, and geological structural investigations in mountainous areas, loess regions, hilly terrain, plains, forests, gobi deserts, and seasonal farmlands.
Optional drilling methods include air drilling, air‑percussion drilling, mud drilling (optional), and auger drilling. Based on the in‑situ geological conditions, the appropriate drilling method should be selected to suit the specific drilling operations.
The modular design enables rapid assembly and disassembly, offering both convenience and reliability. It comprises the engine, control console, derrick assembly, power head, drill string, and other accessories.
The new power‑head design separates the drilling‑fluid circulation passage from the bearing chamber, reducing the likelihood of bearing failure. The clearance between the seals is adjustable, thereby extending the maintenance interval.
