Product Overview
The drilling rig is suitable for use in nearshore tidal flats, inland lakes, wetlands, marshes, and rivers; it is applicable to soil, clayey, and soft‑rock formations, particularly in areas with loose surface strata where the bottom is prone to wellbore collapse.
The drilling rig employs water‑drilling techniques for well operations, with a maximum drilling depth of 20 meters.
A twin‑cylinder gasoline engine drives a BW160‑type piston‑type, aluminum‑alloy, three‑cylinder mud pump, generating high‑pressure water flow to power the rotating rotor inside the drill string, thereby spinning the drill bit and enabling cutting operations. Simultaneously, the high‑pressure water serves as the well‑cleaning fluid, conveying cuttings from the bottom of the well to the surface. Operative handles are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the drawworks and along the outer circumference of the rotary table, allowing two operators to work concurrently; the ratchet mechanism is designed to prevent slippage caused by abnormal downhole loads.
