Product Overview
This drilling rig is suitable for deep‑well drilling operations in challenging terrains such as deserts, gobi regions, grasslands, swamps, tidal flats, and seasonally flooded areas. It can be equipped with a piston‑type air compressor (with an optional screw‑type air compressor) and a piston‑type mud pump, enabling the use of direct‑circulation drilling to drill blast holes, water‑grout (water) grouting holes, monitoring wells, or other drilling applications. It is a highly versatile, vehicle‑mounted drilling rig with robust overall drilling performance.
The drilling rig is mounted on a 4x4 desert‑terrain vehicle chassis, with its drilling power drawn directly from the chassis’s PTO. The rig incorporates a combination of mechanical and hydraulic drives, along with manual and pneumatic controls. It features a simple design, flexible and straightforward operation, and robust construction performance.
Both the mud pump and the air compressor are controlled by pneumatic clutches and powered by the chassis’s air supply, ensuring convenient operation.
